Passaic County Semifinal Results

The 33rd annual Passaic County Tournament reached the semifinal stages this afternoon with a doubleheader of Paterson Kennedy High School.
In the first game Paterson Eastside ran past Passaic 69-43. They broke open the game in the second half outscoring the Indians 38-20. 6-foot-3 So. Asem Johnson scored 34 points, most on layups in transition to lead Eastside. 6-foot-4 Sr. Rahsaan Johnson tallied 21 points and 12 boards for Passaic.
In the second game Depaul edged Paterson Kennedy 68-62. 6-foot-1 Sr. Josh Marquez led the balanced attack with 19. 5-foot-8 Fr. Alphonso Gee was high for Kennedy with 24 points and 6 treys.
