NJ Teams at Elevate Hoops
The Showdown Tournament was held July 12-13 at Philadelphia University.

There were three different brackets.
Invitational Bracket
There were 32 teams competing. The NJ teams were Jersey Shore Warriors, Got Game, Sports U, Gym Rats, BBA Hoops, We R 1.
In first round games: The JS Warriors beat High Rise Team Up 60-51. Got Game upset Atlanta Xpress 55-54. Sports U lost to Q6 All Stars 65-61. The Gym Rats lost to Showtime Ballers 62-55. BBA Hoops beat Team NLP 66-57. We R 1 shut down Virginia Elite 55-36.
In the second round: the JS Warriors topped Got Game 52-44. BBA Hoops beat Showtime Ballers 60-54. We R 1 topped Gmae Point 73-56.
In the quarters: The JS Warriors edged Team Philly 53-52. We R 1 thwarted BBA Hoops 74-66.
In the semis: The JS Warriors lost to SC Raptors Elite 62-54. We R 1 edged Upward Stars 57-55.
In the championship: We R 1 lost to the SC Raptors.
Showdown Bracket
There were 16 teams entered. The NJ teams were
NJ Elite, Pirates, King Street Kings, Cyclones, Team Final Black and Prestige
In first round games:
Jersey Elite trimmed Philly Ballhawks 57-51. The Pirates lost to Upward Stars NC 48-38. The King Street Kings lost to Riverside Church 46-42. The Cyclones handled Philly Triple Threat 59-47. Prestige Patriots fell to Team Final Black 56-46.
In the quarterfinals:
NJ Elite lost to Upward Stars 58-52. The Cyclones edged TB Elite 50-47. Team Final Black lost to Team AJ Price.
In the semis:
The Cyclones lost to Team AJ Price 51-42.
Elevate Bracket
There were 16 teams entered. The NJ teams were ShoreShots Dunne, Soldiers, Starting 5ive, We R 1 Blue, Central Jersey Future Stars.
In first round games:
The ShoreShots Dunne outscored York Ballers 70-48. The Soldiers lost to Team Evolution. Starting 5ive fell to 6th Man Warriors 72-54. We R 1 Blue trimmed East Coast Fusion 53-50. The CJ Future Stars thwarted the Keystone Blazers 80-63.
In the quarterfinals:
the ShoreShots Dunne lost to Team TLG 75-70. We R 1 Blue fell to 6th Man Warriors
In the semifinals:
The CJ Future Stars lost to 6th Man Warriors 63-53.
16 & Under Division

The NJ teams were: South Jersey Select, Jersey Shore Warriors, Jersey City Boys Club, We R 1, Sports U.
In the first round:
South Jersey Select lost to Philly Pride, The JS Warriors beat BABC Couth 66-50. The JCBC beat We R 1. Sports U held down Born Ready 55-24.
In the quarterfinals: The JS Warriors lost to Philly Pride. The JC Boys Club lost to VCC Ohio Warriors. Sports U beat East Coast Fusion.
In the semis:
Sports U lost to VCC Ohio Warriors 63-43.
