NJ Hoopers at Portsmouth
The Portsmouth Invitational Camp held annually in eastern Virginia is a first NBA camp with 64 players from around the country invited to play in front of NBA and European scouts. Almost all of the projected lottery picks do not attend and it includes mostly 2nd Round picks and likely Free Agents. There are four NJ Hoopers invited to participate.
