Las Vegas Fab 48 NJ Hoops Recap
The Las Vegas Fab 48 Tournament in late July attracted many of the top AAU travel teams from around the country. A few NJ teams made the trip west.
There were three separate Divisions in the 17U Division with NJ teams in two divisions.

This event featured four different age divisions.
17 & Under Division
There were 48 teams competing in two separate brackets.
The NJ teams in the Invitational Bracket were: Playaz, Sports U, Gym Rats
In Bracket play first round games:
The Playaz lost to Arizona Magic 66-65. Sports U was edged by the Northern Kings 50-48.
The NJ team in the Diamond Division were:

In first round games:
Team Speed lost to Anthony Davis 66-52.
16 & Under Division
There were 48 teams competing in the Invitational Division.
The NJ teams was: Sports U
In the first round: Sports U lost to Hard 2 Guard 51-50.
