6-foot-6 former Teaneck star Jawaun Daniels has made his college choice. Daniels has signed with Pratt Junior College in Pratt Kansas.

Daniels did not play this season for the Highwaymen.

Last year he helped Teaneck to a 29-4 record, Group 3 state championship and final NJ Hoops ranking of 16th in the state.

He averaged 18 ppg, 11 rpg and 3.1 bpg. NJ Hoops named him All Bergen Jamboree County Tournament as did the Bergen Record. The Coaches picked him 1st Team All Bergen County. NorthJersey.com had him 1st Team North Jersey. NJ.com selected him 3rd Team All State Gr. 3. He was also named All Big North National 1st Team.

Daniels transferred to Teaneck before last season from Wadleigh High School in New York.

An athletic wing who can run the floor, NJ Hoops had him ranked among the top 25 players in his class.
