Bloomfield College freshman point guard Andre Dabney was named to the 2003-04 All-Met Division II men's college basketball first team by the Met Basketball Writers Association.

Dabney, of Plainfield, NJ, led the Deacons to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) post-season championship. He was named MVP of the tournament and led the team with 19.7 ppg (5th in CACC) and 6.2 assists per game (1st in CACC, 6th in NCAA). He also had 5.7 rebounds per game and 2.77 steals per game. Dabney was also named to the All-CACC First Team.

Coming out of Plainfield High School Dabney was rated as the 51st best senior in NJ in the May 2002 NJ Hoops Newsletter.
