Cherry Hill East Invitational Results

Early Saturday morning we drove down to Cherry Hill East Invitational in Cherry Hill Some of the top teams in south jersey are on the schedule.
In the first game Pemberton thwarted Cumberland 68-47 as 6-foot-4 Sr. Lamar Brooks tallied 18 points, 16 in the first half. 6-foot-3 Sr. Chris Burch notched 13 for Cumberland.

Paulsboro shut down Shawnee 67-37. 6-foot-4 Jr. Theo Holloway had 17 points, 15 in the first half. 6-foot-2 So. Dean Austin scored 17 for Shawnee.
#24 Haddonfield remained undefeated with a 51-42 win over #27 Holy Spirit. 6-foot-5 Sr. Abby Bah was high with 17. 6-foot-7 Sr. Junior Saintel scored 18 for Holy Spirit.
In a neighborhood rivalry game Cherry Hill East trimmed Cherry Hill West 50-49 before a spirited crowd. 5-foot-10 Sr. Muhlenburg bound Austin Wetzler tallied 16 with 4 treys. 6-foot-5 Jr. Can Oztamur scored 25 with 4 treys including a three at the buzzer for CHW.
In later games after we left for Kean at the Metro Classic
Camden came back to beat Pitman 60-56
Schalick won 67-56. 6-foot-7 Jr. Mike Holloway tallied 23 points and 15 rebounds.
