NJ Teams at UA Finals

The Under Armour Association Finals were held July 16-19 in Suwanee Georgia. The finals were the culmination of their spring and summer circuit for their traveling teams. There were three different age groups.

17 & Under Division

42 teams were entered.
The NJ teams were Jersey Shore Warriors, New Heights, Sports U, the City, We R 1

In the first round: The City edged Las Vegas Elite 52-49.

In the second round: The JS Warriors trimmed Upward Stars 53-46. New Heights beat Team Breakdown 64-51. Sports U thwarted Team Superstar 59-45. The City lost to Atlanta Express 38-34. We R 1 stopped Canada Elite 74-50.

In the Sweet 16: The JS Warriors trimmed Young Legends 53-49. Sports U beat New Heights 67-61.

In the quarters: The JS Warriors lost to SC Raptors Elite 55-44. Sports U derailed Atlanta Xpress 55-49. We R 1 shut down Baltimore's Finest 72-54.

In the semis: Sports U shut down SC Raptors Elite 41-36. We R 1 edged KC Run GMC 56-50.

In the championship: We R 1 thwarted Sports U 66-46. 5-foot-11 Linden Sr. Otis Livingston tallied 19 points and 4 assists.

16 & Under Division

There were 24 teams involved. The NJ teams were New Heights, Sports U,We R 1

In the first round: Sports U edged Team Thad 58-57. We R 1 lost to Houston Defenders 42-38. New Heights edged Game Elite 56-54.

In the quarterfinals: Sports U lost to Atlanta Xpress 55-49. New Heights trimmed KC Run GMC 59-57.

In the semis: New Heights topped Houston Defenders 67-62.

In the championship: New Heights scaled Atlanta Express 46-44.

15 & Under Division

There were 24 teams involved. The NJ teams were New Heights, the City, We R 1

In the first round: New Heights beat Houston Defenders 64-51. We R 1 lost to KC Run GMC 58-37.

In the second round: New Height broke down Team Breakdown 70-61.

In the semis: New Heights lost to Grind Indy Hoosiers 68-53.
