"In Brayden's Eyes, The Brayden Carr Foundation" is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit charitable organization established by Jim and Natalie Zeno Carr, parents of the late Brayden Carr, who passed away on May 10. The foundation has a fully volunteer staff. One hundred percent of its net proceeds go directly into a fund to provide athletic, social, rehabilitative, and academic opportunities to children with seizure conditions, with or without motor delays from associated cerebral palsy, as well as to provide humanitarian support/relief to their parents.

Brayden was a courageous two-year old boy who battled seizures and resulting medical conditions most of his beautiful, but much too short, life. Out of tragedy, the Carr family dedicated their lives to honoring their son's indomitable spirit and infectious enthusiasm for life through positive endeavors.

The overwhelming support our family has received from the basketball community in the wake of Brayden's passing has been heartfelt and inspiring," said Jim. "We see an opportunity to help families dealing with similar challenges. It's important that we do not let this opportunity pass us by. Through support, donations and corporate partnership, our hope is that Brayden's smile shines on, his laugh is heard and his eyes are forever bright through the efforts of this very important foundation."
