Question Marks: Not reading the press clippings and taking the next step to a championship. The team is experienced, with three straight playoff appearances.
Recruiting: Allen has an offer from Fordham and interest from Monmouth, James Madison, and New Haven. Riera will be D3 because of his height. He is technically sound, explosive, fast, and has good grades. Cartagena will play somewhere.
In the junior class, Gonzalez has eight offers, including Rutgers, Syracuse, Louisville, and Boston College. Kelly has offers from Rutgers, UMass, and Virginia. Pippar will be 1-AA. Castellano is a very good football player. He's fast, strong, hits, has good hands, and good grades. Boyd is a 1-AA candidate.
In the sophomore class, Sanchez is a raw talent, with great leaping ability. He was a starter on the varsity on basketball as a freshman. De Los Santos is very talented.
Coach's Comments: "We're excited about another opportunity to make a playoff run. We have a good nucleus of veterans and young kids. We want to make a run at a state title." - Head Coach Wilbur Valdez
